· Welcome and Introductions
· Tyler Wells – Sharing the new policy regarding referee abuse prevention policy
· Dave Corbett is available to help run a training session for MICROS
· Next General Meeting on April 10th at 7 PM
NEW BUSINESS – MICROS – Thank you Becca for the handout
· Still need coaches for teams- U7 and two U5 teams
· Certifications and RMA must be completed before receiving rosters
· Google document will be mailed out for preferred practice times
· Pictures dates to be determined
· Uniforms are included with registration
· Rules of Play
· Gear Handout on April 5th
· Schedules will be sent out early
· Safe Sport and background check will never charge you
· Only those with passed background checks can be on the field or on the sidelines
QUESTIONS and COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR
· Any break in season? – no- 9-week season play through beginning after spring break
· Gear? Parents provide cleats, water bottles
· Roster size? U4 teams only have 6 players, and it is 3V3
· Background check expires every April 1st and we will need to renew mid-season
· Practice and Games over the 9 weeks- first 4 weeks will practice – and last 5 weeks will be practice
· Will we have contact information for other coaches? Yes

· Address etiquette for meetings by Eric Hecox
· New Rec practice sent out- took effect 10-7-2024-10-24-2024
· Teams participating in Turkey Shoot need to let us know if they need practice fields by the 18th so we can work on getting you space
· Turkey Shoot – contact Francine for the roster
· Development thank you for the support of these keeper trainings – two more trainings will try to take place before year end
· Locks have been replaced on all potties again – we now have someone at each field who are assigned to ensure they are locked at the endo of each practice
· Window at Shoultes portable was broken with our loose lock – costing the district over $700.00 – this could affect them wanting to rent to us again next year
· Pictures were delivered – pick up times will be this weekend per email scheduling
· PSA is hoping to participate with both the city of Marysville and Arlington for their winter parades- please contact Kristi if your team would like to join us in either event December 2024. Please send photos to update our social media accounts

· Teams playing up can find challenges, but the season has been good- have had a lot of good practices and find good sportsmanship
· League Washington has not scheduled the last 3 games yet – waiting to see where the standings are

SET AGENDA
· Uniform emails will be sent out- Mike is hoping to have these sent out by July 14th -teams are exempt from ordering the whole kit- so just reorder jerseys if needed. We are using soccer.com as this is our mid uniform cycle
· Parents will have access to order, so coaches do not need to front the cost for uniforms
· New players will need the jersey but can wear any kind of shorts and red socks
· Fields we have lost this season- are Cedarcrest and MP due to adding turf remodel
· Practice fields will be assigned in the coming days as soon as we hear back from MSD
· Information for internal Jamboree will be sent out in the following weeks meeting scheduled for next week to work out details currently the format 6v6
· Using this Jamboree as a learning curve and hopefully we can open this up to other clubs next season
· On field referee clinic scheduled for August 3, 2024, at Strawberry Fields MUST PREREGISTER the link is on the website 10-2 pm
· Dave Corbett, Director of Development, is offering a coach clinic July 22-25 from 5-6 pm for U8-U12 – 6:15-7:15 for U13 He will offer this again August 5th
· Pictures scheduled for September 20th and 21st
· Francine Corbett, Registrar, those age groups that have unfilled rosters – she is leaving registration open for another week and they can contact her if teams fall into that category
· Practices begin no earlier than 07.22.2024 and end no later than 10.25.2024

· How do I find out need to know soccer information- RULE of PLAY from NC will be on the website in the next few months
· As a coach what do I wear? We have a merchandise store with Soccer.com
· Are we having a coach discount this year? We will check on this
· Can we provide an AED machine for the snack shack? As a Board we are aware of this level of interest -
