FALL RECREATION FAQ'S (Ages 7-18)-WHEN is registration?
Open registration runs from April 1 - June 15. Late fees apply for late registrations, and dependent on availability.
-HOW do I register?
To register, visit www.pilchucksocceralliance.com, create an account, create player record, and register.

-WHEN does the season start?
Coaches will commence practices by 3rd week of July. Games start weekend after Labor Day, and ending early November.
-WHEN/WHERE are practices?
Practices are on local school fields (Arlington/Marysville, varies each year) typically M/W or T/TH. Practices are in 4:30 - 6:30
window, location and time dependent upon coach preference.
-WHEN/WHERE are games?
Games are held on weekends, scheduled by North County. Home games are at 152nd soccer complex. Away games depend on home
field of your opponent.
-WHAT is the cost and what does it include?
For ages 7-18, price is $135 plus a $3 service fee. This does NOT include uniform. You will get an email from SOCCER.COM instructing
you on how to purchase the uniform.
-WHY haven't I heard from a coach yet? WHEN should I expect to?
Coaches will receive rosters in June and should be calling by first week of July. If you don't hear by July 7, contact

-WHAT do I need to bring to practices/games?
For practices, unless coach instructs otherwise, you will need age appropriate ball (see Rules of the Game for more info), shin guards,
shorts or sweats, and tee and/or sweatshirt, water bottle.
-CAN my player play up/down?
See special comments section of registration to request playing up. Players can NOT play younger than their age division.
-WHAT is the difference between Recreational vs. Competitive (Select) soccer?
Recreational soccer is for all skill levels, with no tryouts and no cuts. Competitive(Select) has tryouts with cuts, travels farther, season is
longer, cost is higher.
-WHY is there a difference in price between Micros program and older ages?
Micros do not rent school fields for practices, and do not have referees. Additionally, their season is shorter.
-Are teams COED?
Teams are sorted by gender, but girls can request to play on a boys team. Boys may not request to play on girls teams.
